I understand what this is saying, but as someone who has a three day weekend and still works a 40 hour week (4 ten hour days), I need to add more specificity.
A “full time” job needs to be closer to 30 hours. No matter how that time is broken down. I’m not going to get into every detail, because people more fluent in the work towards this can and have said it better, but workers need to have their financial needs met and be able to fulfill their social/emotional/physical needs. That requires time.
“Someday, someone is going to look at you with a light in their eyes you’ve never seen, they’ll look at you like you’re everything they’ve been looking for their entire lives. Wait for it.”
